Items approved were:
• Blanket Purchase Orders - County Clerk’s Office for month of June, $28,604.30 and County Health Department, $615.60;
• Blanket Purchase Orders - Comdata Network, Emergency Management for fuel as needed, $500; Cookson Hills Publishers, Legal Publications, $1,500; Auto Zone, parts and supplies as needed, District 2, $250; Auto Zone, District 3 for parts and supplies as needed, $250; O’Reilly Auto for District 2, $250; S&H Auto Care, District 1, for parts and supplies as needed, $1,000; Unifirst Holdings for uniforms, District 1 for $800; Districts 2 and 3, $700 each;
• Utility Permits - Rural Water District 6, Creager and 205 Road; Rural Water District 4, 3/4 west of Cherry Road and Hwy. 52;
• Opened and awarded Bid #26 for hauling of gravel materials for sixmonths as needed;
• Approved Utility and Encroachment Affidavit for District 2 for the Nuyaka Bridge;
• Signature Stamp Authorizations for County Offices - Court Clerk, Treasurer, Assessor, Sheriff and County Commissioners;
• Agreement pending district attorney’s approval with VRC Companies for paper shredding services for county offices.
