Jim Shoulders annual Round-Up Rodeo was deemed a success this past weekend with hundreds of spectators and contestants in attendance, according to Henryetta Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Roy Madden.
Special recognition was given to Henryetta FFA members and other volunteers for aiding in cleaning up the arena as well as Andy Bealko for working the concession grill.
“Andy is one of the original rodeo committee members and continues to support and volunteer his talents,” Madden said. “Another outstanding volunteer and Henryettan - thanks Andy!”
There were many other volunteers who provided time and much-appreciated efforts in making this year’s Round-Up Rodeo a success.
First Family Federal Credit Union (FFFCU) staff helped with gate admissions and concession.
Madden also thanks Ron and Sue Richmond for their long-term management of the rodeo concession.
A resounding “thank you” is also given to the many other volunteers.
Stock contractor 44 Bar Rodeo Company provided great stock and excitement to the event.
Everyone is looking forward to the upcoming rodeo event, the 27th annual Jim Shoulders Living Legends PRCA Rodeo later this year.
