A Grand Opening event will be held on Wednesday, June 17 from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at The Bread House in Henryetta.
On Labor Day last year, owners and Henryetta residents, Mark and Kim Collins opened the resale shop featuring clothing, vintage items, some antiques and miscellaneous.
The Bread House is now offering cinnamon rolls, cakes and other homemade baked goods for sale to visitors.
In an earlier interview with Kim, she said, “I like to feed people. My desire is to operate the resale business and at the same time try to help meet the needs of the people of our community. We want people to come through our doors, shop, visit, smell food and hope that it triggers good memories of simple life:”
The Bread House owners want to share the Bread of Life and let everyone know that they care about the community.
Kim also added that her and Mark want to do their part to help improve and make a positive impact throughout the community.
“This is our hometown and we love it here!” Kim said.
Located at 314-1/2 West Main, The Bread House is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
