“We’ve also received flowers and homemade masks from the community,” Rachel Smith, Hillcrest HealthCare System Communications Manager, said. “This only names a few of the donations. We don’t want to exclude anyone.”
Hillcrest Henryetta remains vigilant with their safety precautions.
Thorough cleaning continues throughout the hospital and clinics.
All staff go through daily screenings that include current temperature and exposure risk before they are allowed to enter the hospital or clinic. Their temperatures are taken twice a day in the more high-risk units.
All visitors and vendors also have their temperatures checked before they enter the hospital.
“Our teams have worked tirelessly to ensure all our patients receive the best care possible,” Guy Sneed, Chief Medical Officer of Hillcrest HealthCare System, said. “We’ve been able to deliver care to patients in the communities we serve. I am very proud of all of them and am honored to be working beside them.”
