City of Henryetta’s Board of Adjustments plans to hold a public meeting regarding a request for a variance to allow a medical marijuana grow facility on Main Street.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. in the court chambers at the Henryetta Civic Center located at 115 S. 4th Street.
A request was received by the city from Kenny Taylor to open the facility at 408 W. Main Street.
Since the location is designated as a zoned commercial C-3, it does not allow the business to operate in the location.
All property owners within 300 feet of the proposed facility location are encouraged to attend the meeting and share your opinions.
Those attending are welcome to share thoughts as to whether you are in favor of or opposed to the proposed change.
