Henryetta sophomore Madison Byroads claimed her second championship win at the United States Junior Open Championship (USJOC) Wrestling Tournament over the weekend in Oklahoma City. Byroads competed all season with the Lady Outlaws, while also wrestling with the Henryetta Knights Wrestling Club. She placed over Xara Bacci, who was representing South Central Punishers in the Girls 15U division in the 132 lbs. weight class.
Vicki Faulkner also took 4th in the Girls 15U 123 lbs. weight division at the USJOC competition, coming in above Cheyene Gross of Standfast Wrestling.
Three Henryetta wrestlers claimed 3rd place in the USJOC novice division, including: Kaden Terry, 70 lbs. weight class; Nathan Nail, 96 lbs. weight class; and Braxton England, 100 lbs. weight class.
