A Schulter man was critically injured in a one-vehicle accident on Tuesday at 9:24 p.m. on 220 Road, one-half a mile south of Conifer and three miles north of Henryetta, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Warren reported.
According to the accident report, 45-year-old Ervin Farrow of Schulter was traveling north on 220 Road when, for an unknown reason, departed the road to the right, overcorrected, departed the road to the left, struck a ditch, hit a fence post and came to a stop after striking a tree.
Farrow was transported to St. John Hospital in Tulsa by LifeFlight where he was admitted in critical condition with head, trunk internal and trunk external injuries.
Trooper Warren noted the condition of Farrow was “unknown” and the cause of the collision was due to speed.
Farrow was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
