A defendant charged in the killing of a county man last year has plead guilty in Okmulgee County District Court.
Thirty-eight-year-old Nacole Bain (Spears) was charged in case number CF-2018-196 for First Degree Murder in the death of Addison "Add" Waddell.
On Tuesday, Bain entered a plea of guilty to the charge. She was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
Waddell was reported missing after he had not been seen or heard from since June 24, 2018.
He was supposed to be headed to North Carolina to visit family, but deputies later found his truck wrecked and abandoned in Okmulgee County.
Human remains were found in the area of 330 Road and Gun Club Road, which was later identified as the missing man.
Bain was also being held on Charges of Obtaining Cash or Merchandise by Bogus Checks and several counts of Uttering Forged Instruments. All of those cases are running concurrently with the murder charge.
