Hays, Selby, and Maxwell have been instrumental parts of the recent success of the Dewar varsity baseball team the past two years, going 51-18 in their first two years of high school baseball, which includes back-to-back trips to the regional championship game.

The three Dragon diamond members, along with 46 other selected players from across the state, will comprise of three Oklahoma all-star teams - Oklahoma Grey, Oklahoma White, and Oklahoma Royal - to take on teams from Canada, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Texas.

The annual event will feature two Pools. Pool A will consist of two Oklahoma teams - Oklahoma Grey and Oklahoma White, one Texas team - Texas Grey, and Canada, while Pool B will consist of Arkansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma Royal, and Texas White.

The annual all-star tournament will begin May 30 with two games at Palmer Field at Dolese Park. The first contest will pit the Oklahoma Grey squad against the Oklahoma White squad at 5 p.m., followed by Canada taking on Oklahoma Royal at 7:15 p.m.

The next two days - May 31 and June 1 - will feature a total of nine games - five at Palmer Field and four at Eagle Field - each day. The 5-game schedule at Palmer Field will begin at 10 a.m. each day, while the 4-game schedule at Eagle Field will get underway at 10:30 a.m. each day.

The final day of the tournament will feature two games each at Palmer Field and Eagle Field. The third-place and championship games will be played at Palmer Field, while the seventh-place and fifth-place games will take place at Eagle Field.
