A 1981 graduate of Henryetta High School, Lori Lynn (Hold) Maijub recently opened up a new business in Henryetta, Lori Lynn’s Beauty Shop, at 208 E. Main Street.
For the past 23 years, she has been styling hair.
“I left a business behind in Texas,” Lori Lynn said. “I had about 250 customers who I consider my family.”
She and her husband, John, moved back to Henryetta recently in order to spend time with her parents, Norma Black and Terry Hold, as well as other family members.
Lori Lynn and John have devoted countless hours cleaning up, restoring and renovating the building that houses the beauty shop.
John is a full-time rancher working on their Brahman cattle ranch that consists of over 500 acres. They have an impressive and unique herd of the special breed of cattle.
Both Lori Lynn and John look forward to meeting everyone.
“I invite each one of you to come see me for a cut, color, perm or wax or just come and visit,” Lori Lynn said.
Current business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and by appointment.
