The Rocky Hill Road/Bridge Project is moving along with two more claims being approved during the county commissioner’s regular meeting Monday. Claims 324A were approved for water line relocation in the amount of $49,890 and water line relocation, engineering and inspection and advertising for bid claim for $18,178.
The board also approved the following agenda items:
• Officers Reports: Treasurer’s Office for the month of December in the amount of $30,299.92; Assessor’s Office for the month of January in the amount of $12,502.71; County Clerk Office for the month of January in the amount of $24,581.67 and the Health Department for the month of January in the amount of $18,318.44.
• Blanket Purchase Orders: Morris News for Legal Publications for $1,000; S&H Auto Care from District 1 for $500; and Unifirst Holdings from District 1 for $700.
• Employee Acknowledgement Forms: County Clerk’s Office, Tim Ridgewayretired; Treasurer’s Office, Shelby Wilson-employment ceased; 911 Communications Center, Jeff Rodgers-employment ceased; 911 Communications Center, Roxanna Palaciosemployment ceased; and District 1, Trey Sieland-employment ceased.
