A hearing for a county woman accused of killing her two children has been moved to early next year.
On Thursday, a Preliminary Hearing Conference was held for Amy Hall in Okmulgee County district court.
Hall is accused of shooting and killing two of her children on Nov. 1 near Nuyaka. A third child escaped serious injury.
Attorneys for Hall asked the trial be moved outside the county, in addition to asking that Judge Pandee Ramirez be recused from the case. Lawyers said Ramirez may be working on a case related to Hall.
Judge Ramirez denied the in-camera request to recuse.
A hearing is now scheduled for 9 a.m. on Jan. 15. for the hearing and to consider the motion for recusal.
