An Extra-Duty Contract for Sheri Freeman as assistant varsity boys coach was approved by Wilson Board of Education members at their Nov. 8 meeting.
Board members also reviewed and approved an amended contract for Superintendent Andrea James.
Purchase orders, encumbrances and warrants for the General Fund and the Building Fund for the 2018-2019 fiscal year were all approved.
Two precincts, #10 Baptist Village and #15 Henryetta City Hall were approved to be closed from the annual school election due to the amount of registered voters being under 100.
The Annual Drop Out Report for 2017-2018 and the District Report Card were both reviewed.
Financial reports for the activity and lunch B & C and the monthly treasurer report for October 2018 were both reviewed and approved.
A motion was approved to reorganize board members as follows: President - Jimmy Floyd; Vice-President - Pam Gaines; Clerk - Travis Moore; Deputy Clerk - Thomas Harjo and Member - Dawnyell McKinney.
Before the meeting adjourned, Supt. Andrea James gave board members an update on facilities/maintenance and the calendar of events.
