All Okmulgee County voters are encouraged to attend a public meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 11 for District 24 and District 25 judicial candidates who are up for election on Nov. 6. This will be a great change for voters of all parties to learn about the four judicial candidates - all in one setting. District 24 candidates are John M. Dunn and Kelly Hake. District 25 candidates are Ken Adair and Rod Weimer. Both districts cover Okmulgee, Okfuskee and Creek counties. The public meeting begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in the OSU-IT Student Union Conference Room located at 1801 E. 4th Street in Okmulgee. Okmulgee County Republicans are sponsoring the event.
