Mrs. Jack was born Sept. 11, 1955 in Dustin to Mitchel Jack and Louma (Pigeon) Jack. She died Thursday, Feb. 11 in Tulsa.
Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca Hart of Morris and Lorie Hart of Broken Arrow; grandchildren, Pyper Williams, Zoey Williams, Lydia Arredondo, Payden Parnell, Slayte Parnell, Adi Parnell, Bailen Parnell, Alchemy Thompson and Dalton Thompson, Jr.; one sister, Leann Jack of Hanna; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chance Jack; and her husband, Billy Hart.
