Vicki Ann Gordon

No services are planned at this time for Vicki Ann Gordon, 65, resident of Henryetta. Arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Mrs. Gordon was born May 5, 1953, in Redding, Calif. to Jim Gordon and Helen (Cournyer) Gordon. She died Tuesday, Aug. 7, in Tulsa.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Ritchey of the home in Henryetta; one daughter, Camay Marie Tirri of Redding, Calif.; three grandchildren; one sister, Marcy Gordon of Chicago, Ill.; as well a host of friends and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lori George.

Charles Franklin Allison

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date for Charles Franklin Allison, 80, longtime resident of Henryetta. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Mr. Allison was born Dec. 17, 1937, in Council Hill to Woodrow Allison and Maude Ferial Allison. He died Thursday, Aug. 9, at his home in Henryetta.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Allison of the home; daughter, Julie Crosby and husband Curtis of Hitchita; two grandsons and one great granddaughter; two sisters, Mary Redding and husband Max of Jenks and Sharon Williams of Council Hill; two brothers, Tommy Allison and wife Betty of Council Hill and Jeffrey Allison of Council Hill; as well as other extended family and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; sister, Shirley Carson; brother, Dicky Allison; and son, Charles Timothy Allison.

Jimmy O. Broadbent

Funeral services for Jimmy O. Broadbent, 82, longtime resident of Henryetta, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, at the Church of Christ where Rex Walcher officiated. A Masonic service was provided by the Henryetta Masonic Lodge.

Interment followed at Dustin Cemetery where military honors were provided by the U.S. Army under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Visitation was from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, with family present to meet and greet guests from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Service.

Mr. Broadbent was born July 14, 1936, in Burns Flat to Ralph Broadbent and Martha Simons Broadbent. He died Friday, Aug. 10, in Tulsa.

Samuel Wade Brown

Samuel Wade Brown, 18, resident of Allen, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, Aug. 4, at his home. Sam was born June 26, 2000 to Wade and Annie Brown.

Sam was a vibrant young man who thrived despite his struggles with Friedreich’s Ataxia. His big brown eyes and infectious smile had an impact on everyone who knew him.

Sam was preceded in death by his beloved grandpa, Larry Langwell; great grandparents, Norma and Walter Penuel, Kenneth Carlisle, and Walter and Audry Brown; cousins, Matthew and Sara Gavin; and his beloved service dog, Stella.

Jeremiah Lei Rich

A celebration of life service for Jeremiah Lei Rich, three months, a resident of Henryetta, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Integrity Chapel under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Baby Rich was born May 5, in Tulsa to Justin Rich and Toyra (Nero) Rich. He died Monday, Aug. 6, in Henryetta.

Survivors include his mother and father, Toyra and Justin Rich; two sisters, Imani Rich and Ju’Lissa Rich of the home; maternal grandmother, Early and Carolyn Nero of Grayson; paternal grandmother, Sylvia Battle of Okmulgee; paternal great grandmother, Luella Draper of Wichita, Kan.; maternal great grandmother, Mildred Jackson of Ardmore; as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and other relatives.

Patsy Ann Nabors

A private memorial service for family will be held at a later date for Patsy Ann Bridgeford Nabors, 71, resident of McAlester. Cremation services and arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Mrs. Nabors was born Nov. 16, 1946 to Johnny Roberts and Thelma (Cox) Moffett. She died Friday, Aug. 3, in McAlester.

Survivors include her son, John Daniel Bridgeford and wife Brenda of Hartly, Del.; daughter, Lisa Dawn Green of Oklahoma City; her life partner, Jake Nabors of McAlester; sister, Dorothy Weddinger of Missouri; daughter, Marsha Sczepanski of Missouri; two grandchildren, Chailia Bridgeford and Rhian Bridgeford of Delaware; as well as other extended family and many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her step-father, Richard O. Liles; a son, J.P. Bridgeford; and her first husband, James Bridgeford.

Lewis Bible, Jr.

Lewis Bible, Jr., 65, a lifetime resident of Dewar, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, in Oklahoma City. Lewis was born March 27, 1953, to Lewis Bible, Sr. and Helen Freda (Jones) Bible.

Lewis was a graduate of Dewar High School and a Dewar Dragon through and through. He loved all types of sports and delighted in supporting his grandsons in any sport they played and was faithful to every game. More than sports, he loved his family, adoring his wife, two girls, Jenny and Mandy, and grandsons, Braxton, Jake and Garrett. More than everything, Lewis loved his Lord and served him to the best of his ability.

Lewis was very proud of his Native heritage, Muscogee (Creek), and loved traditions and did his best to uphold them and honor them. He worked for Smithco Engineering as a welder for 30 years. Lewis loved spending time playing golf with his best friend, Larry Hester, who he loved like a brother.

Jack Stephens

Jack Lynn Stephens, 68, longtime resident of Henryetta, passed away at his home on Saturday, Aug. 4, in Henryetta. Jack was born Feb. 19, 1950, in Henryetta to Thurman Leon Stephens and Lureatha Locke Stephens.

Jack grew up in Henryetta and attended Henryetta Public Schools, graduating from Henryetta High School with the class of 1968. He served for approximately six years in the Oklahoma National Guard following high school. Also following high school, Jack attended college for several years at Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He worked in a drafting firm in Tulsa for a period of time with his uncle. Jack spent the majority of his career working with Braden Wench in Okmulgee, where he retired with over 20 years of faithful service.

Paul David Haynes

Funeral services for Paul David Haynes, 64, resident of Stillwater, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Trenton Indian Baptist Church in Hanna with Rev. Marvin Lowe and Rev. Jacob Lewis officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.

Visitation was from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at Integrity Funeral Service.

Wake services were at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, at Trenton Indian Baptist Church in Hanna.

Mr. Haynes was born July 19, 1954, in Henryetta to Rolley Haynes and Sarah (Spaniard) Haynes. He died Saturday, Aug. 4, in Stillwater.

Survivors include his daughter, Sonda Marshall of Florida; stepchildren, Randy Scull of Ada, Sherry Wilbourn of Holdenville, Jeffrey Scull of Stillwater, and Megan Bear of Okmulgee; as well as a host of step-grandchildren, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Glenn Dale Hunter, Jr.

Graveside services for Glenn Dale Hunter, Jr., 77, a resident of Lubbock, Texas and formerly of Henryetta, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service. Military honors will be conducted by the U.S. Army.

Mr. Hunter was born Aug. 12, 1940 in Bryant to Glenn Dale Hunter, Sr. and Opal Pearl (Sharp) Hunter. He died Sunday, Aug. 5, in Amarillo, Texas.
