Human remains positively identified

Remains found in eastern Okmulgee County last Tuesday have been positively identified as Addison ‘Add’ Waddell, according to the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office.

The OCSO was notified by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office last Friday of their findings after using dental records in the case.

The remains were found in the area of North 330 and Gun Club Road.

Nacole ‘Nikki’ Ryan Bain is currently jailed for murder of  Waddell, who had been missing since June 24.

Bain is being held on a complaint of  Homicide-Murder in the First Degree.

She was being sought in connection to the disappearance of Waddell and was arrested on Saturday, June 30.  Bain has confessed that she shot Waddell in the head.

She is being held without bond and her initial appearance before Judge Pandee Ramirez is set for Thursday, July 26 at 2 p.m.
