Men facing charges in separate cases

Two county men are facing charges in Okmulgee County district court following their arrests this week on unrelated incidents.

In the first case, James Allen Farrow, 28, was arrested by Henryetta police on Monday and is being held in the Okmulgee County Jail on two complaints. Anticipated charges, according to district court records, include Lewd Acts With A Child and Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at  $100,000.

The alleged incident happened before Christmas at a Henryetta residence where Farrow was watching several children. He is accused of having contact and exposing himself to a 4-year-old child.

Farrow is scheduled to appear at 2 p.m. Jan. 25 for his initial appearance before Judge Pandee Ramirez.

A Beggs man was arrested by Okmulgee Police on Tuesday following an investigation into a sexual assault earlier this month.

Keaundrae Lajuan Randle, 30, was jailed on three complaints including 1st Degree Rape, $100,000 bond; Rape by Instrumentation, $100,000 and Indecent Proposition, $100,000. The assault involved a 13-year-old female.

Randle is being held in the Okmulgee County Jail and will have an initial appearance at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25 before Judge Ramirez.
