Authorities have identified the two bodies found seven miles east of Henryetta.

Deputies said the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office identified the two bodies as Oklahoma City residents Virgil Ingraham, 81, and Rowena Ingraham, 84 of Oklahoma City.  

The two bodies were found Nov. 21 just off Interstate 40 near Tiger Mountain in McIntosh County. 

Deputies said that the two were reported missing around the same time. 

The causes of death have not yet been determined. 

According to the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Department, lawmen are seeking the victim’s grandson, Harlon Lee Foss, 44, for questioning.

No arrest warrant has been issued, but Foss is considered a person of interest.

Foss was recently released from prison and was residing in the Oklahoma City area.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Sheriff’s Department in the investigation.

Investigators had been looking for the victim’s car, a 1998 silver Lincoln Town Car, the car reportedly was found on Tuesday and sent to the OSBI for processing.

According to Dep. Kevin Branscum, investigator for the Sheriff’s Department, they are looking for a second car that may belong to Foss, a white 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass, Oklahoma license plate FOL977.
