Change is coming to the Free-Lance

Free-Lance Editor

In order to better accommodate our readers, several changes are being made to your Henryetta Free-Lance Newspaper.
Included in those changes is a small re-design of our bi-weekly paper.
The new design will feature an informative flag at the top of page one to remind readers of community and school activities. It will also feature a brief weather forecast to help you pick out your child's clothes in the morning before school.
In addition, the re-design will offer more space for better readability, and modern graphics to direct you to special weekly advice, cooking, political, school and other informative columns.
As you have probably noticed, we have also chosen to update our iconic Doughboy symbol in our logo.
Not only are we working on some new designs, but we are also excited to announce that our Henryetta Free-Lance app is now available. Though the app is still in the works and will go through some changes over the next few days, it is currently up and running and available to the public.
The app is compatible with both IOS and Android devices. More information about the release will be coming soon.
It is our goal, at the Henryetta Free-Lance to support our community and readers in any way that we can. We have been providing quality local news and features for over 100 years, and will continue to strive to improve and bring you even more.
More local columns and inside features and photos are in the works. We are excited to share these changes with our readers and hope the community finds them beneficial.
