William John “Jack” Birlew Sr., retired Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper and resident of Mounds, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026. He was born on July 22, 1937, in Pennsylvania.

A committal service was held

July 22, 1937 – March 26, 2026

Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in Tulsa, conducted by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Honor Guard.
