Beggs cheerleaders bring energy, pride to the court
By PATRICK FORD Editor,

Throughout the 2025-26 basketball season, the Beggs cheer squad has been a constant source of energy, spirit and support for the Demons, helping create an electric atmosphere inside the Demon Dome. From the opening tip to the final buzzer, the cheerleaders have played an important role in lifting both the teams and the community.

Whether leading crowd chants, performing time-out routines, or bringing enthusiasm during intense moments, the squad has worked tirelessly to keep fans engaged and players motivated. Their presence on the sidelines has reflected the pride and tradition of Beggs athletics, turning each home game into a true homecourt advantage.

Behind the scenes, the team has dedicated countless hours to practices, game preparation and community representation. Their commitment has gone beyond performances, as they have served as ambassadors for school spirit and sportsmanship throughout the season.

As the basketball season comes to a close, the program also says farewell to its 2026 seniors. This group of leaders has set the tone for the squad through their dedication, positive attitudes and willingness to mentor younger members. Their leadership has helped strengthen the program and ensure its continued success.

The seniors leave behind a legacy of hard work, teamwork and unwavering support for Beggs athletics. While their time on the sidelines may be coming to an end, the impact they have made on the program and their teammates will be felt for years to come.

With a strong foundation built by this year’s leaders, the future remains bright for Beggs cheer. As the seniors prepare for the next chapter, they leave the Demon Dome knowing they helped bring the spirit, pride and heart of Beggs to life all season long.
