Doris Jean Wright

September 25, 1930 – June 10, 2025

Doris Jean Wright, longtime Okmulgee resident, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025, at the age of 94. She was born September 25, 1930, in Nella, Ark. to Samuel and Mona (Johnson) Garner.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Okmulgee Cemetery, with Chaplin Halston Williams officiating. Viewing will be held from 2-6 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home.
