Joe Billy Dwiggins, a resident of rural Weleetka, passed away May 3, 2025, at his home. He was born March 22, 1935, in Parker to Willie Dwiggins and Ellie Rose (Waters) Dwiggins. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, at Integrity Chapel, followed by interment at Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka. Services are under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
