Well Done Foundation (WDF), a national nonprofit whose mission is to plug orphaned oil and gas wells across the United States, this week announced the completion of the fifth well in the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge Project with MPB Oil & Gas Deep Fork Plugging Division and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). This initiative focuses on plugging more than 110 orphaned oil and gas wells and reclaiming the well sites that will protect refuge visitors, subsurface and surface waters, wetlands, protected species and sensitive natural resources in the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge.
