The Oklahoma State University Extension Office in Okmulgee County has welcomed a familiar face in a new leadership role. Jake Kell, a lifelong resident of the county and graduate of Morris High School, has taken on dual responsibilities as both the Agriculture and 4-H Extension Educator and Interim County Extension Director, a position he assumed in March.
