Clarence “Wayne” Skaggs, age 75, passed away in Mountain Home, Ark. on April 16, 2025. He was born on April 25, 1949, to Clarence Henry and Imogene (Hunter) Skaggs in Stidham.

Funeral services for Wayne will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, at Lake Eufaula Christian Church in Eufaula. Viewing will be held from 12-6 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee.

Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Wayne’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon- winters.com.
