Powerlifting is an individual strength sport where competitors perform three barbell lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each lifter is given three attempts per lift, with the heaviest successful weight counted toward their total. Points are awarded based on individual performance, and the team with the most cumulative points is crowned the overall champion.
Dewar’s lifters delivered powerful performances across multiple weight classes, proving their strength and dedication. The team stood out in their new Luv Ford-sponsored shirts, making their presence known among the competition.
