Doris M. Barber was born on August 31, 1939, in Okmulgee to parents Earnest and Gladys Adams. Her parents preceded her in death. She departed this life on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
The Hour of Remembrance for Mother Barber will commence on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 12 noon in the most holy sanctuary of the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. Douglas Currington is the gracious host and Bishop Calvin B. Johnson, Pastor of Gates of Refuge, Tulsa, will officiate.

Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. of Okmulgee on Friday between the hours of 12-6 p.m. Burial will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. of Okmulgee.
