Alvin Paul Thompson

July 9, 1935 – October 30, 2024

Alvin Paul Thompson passed away on October 30, 2024, in Morris. He was born on July 9, 1935, in Comanche to Roy and Rachel (Martin) Thompson. A proud veteran of the Army Air Corps, Alvin dedicated his life to serving others, both in his military career and later as an educator.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 1-5 p.m. at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Morris. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at Trinity Baptist Church in Morris, with Rev. Kendall Hamilton officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Alvin’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon-winters.com.
