Drummond launches ‘10 Most Wanted’ campaign

Attorney General Gentner Drummond launched a new campaign today to help capture some of Oklahoma’s most wanted fugitives from justice.

Drummond has partnered with the U.S. Marshals Service and other federal, tribal, state, county and local law enforcement agencies to identify 10 Most Wanted fugitives and to work to hold them accountable for their actions. Individuals on the Most Wanted list pose serious threats to public safety.

“The fugitives on this list are a threat to public safety. It is critical that we work together to hold these individuals accountable for their alleged crimes,” Drummond said. “We hope to enlist the help of all Oklahomans in this campaign to get these dangerous criminals off the street.”

In some cases, financial rewards ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 are offered for anyone who can provide information directly leading to the arrest of a fugitive on the Most Wanted list. These fugitives are wanted for murder, sex crimes, assault, drug trafficking, robbery and other serious offenses. Several of these fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous.

Those on the initial list include:

• Alfonso Mondragon wanted for murder.

• Andrew Patrick Johnson – wanted for rape.

• Jose D. Cuellar-Becerra – wanted for aggravated domestic assault, kidnapping, arson, drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.

• Juan Jose Rivera-Pena – wanted for child molestation.

• Keith Alan Grimes – wanted for domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

• Rodolfo Jaime Gonzalez – wanted for lewd acts with a minor.

• Jonathan Adrian Baez-Perez – wanted for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, and larceny of a vehicle.

• Virginia Alice Hubbard – wanted for neglect by caretaker and financial exploitation by caretaker.

• Wenfred Louis Davis – wanted for trafficking in illegal drugs-fentanyl, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance-methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia.

• Melvin Joe Stevenson – wanted for trafficking illegal drugs-methamphetamine and larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

The list will be updated periodically as fugitives are captured and as other criminals pose new threats to public safety.
