Larry McCosar of Okmulgee passed away surrounded by loving family on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the age of 72. Born on July 2, 1952, in Talihina, Larry was the son of Matthew and Nellie (Cornell) McCosar. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. September 24, 2024, at Many Springs Indian Baptist Church, 7375 E 137 Rd. in Holdenville, with pastor and longtime friend Daniel Wind and Pastor Jimmy Anderson officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt Okmulgee Funeral Service & Cremation Care, 220 S. Alabama Ave. in Okmulgee.
