Congratulations to reigning champion Lindsey Babino for her first place win in this year’s Homemade Ice Cream Competition. Her apple pie ice cream was the winning entry. Also, congratulations to Albert Rob Bravo, winner of the first Luv Fest Hot Dog Eating Contest held Monday during the Henryetta Labor Day Celebration. Bravo downed 16 hot dogs in 10 minutes. Will he return to defend his title? Will Damian Smith, a local favorite, be ready to take the crown? Will Henryetta Mayor Michael Dickey be ready to make another run? Stay tuned.
