Dr. Paul D. Morrison D.O., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Hillcrest South Medical Center in Tulsa. He was surrounded by loving family members and dear friends.

He has joined his late wife Patricia A. Doss – Morrison; his late brother Micheal Wayne Morrison; father Billy J. Morrison; and mother Joanna Morrison.

He is survived by his stepson Jason VanOrsdol; and his sister Billie Jo Distasio and husband Anthony Distasio.

Dr. Morrison graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990, at the age of 42. He finished his internship and residency in internal medicine at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in 1994, at the age of 46. For some 32 years, he was a well known, loved, and respected doctor in his practice.

He enjoyed fishing, December 10, 1948 – July 12, 2023

gardening, cooking, and collecting as well as driving sports cars. Paul and Pat Morrison would spend their evenings working in the yard or gardens, a new art project or just relaxing on the back porch listening to music. He will truly be missed by family, friends, colleagues and community alike.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Integrity Chapel, 410 E. Trudgeon Street in Henryetta. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
