Motorcyclist injured in Main Street wreck

Last Wednesday, Nov. 25 around 11 a.m., Henryetta Police Department, Henryetta Fire Department and Okmulgee County EMS responded to a wreck involving a motorcycle and a car at 5th and Main Street. According to Henryetta Police Chief Steve Norman, an individual driving a motorcycle was struck by a motorist that made a turn without yielding for traffic. The motorcyclist sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Names of those involved have not been released. Results of the impact caused extensive damages to all vehicles involved.
