It was an exciting day for Henryetta Public Schools on Friday with the arrival of the new activity bus. School district voters approved a transportation bond last year to add new buses and other vehicles to their much-aged fleet. The new activity bus features the Henryetta Knights logo on top of a custom paint job with school colors. School staff member Mike Hardgrave is pictured viewing the new bus up close. Faculty members reported Hardgrave to be “like a kid in a candy store” when the bus arrived. Henryetta Public Schools offered special thanks to district voters for their support of the transportation bond and in helping provide a much safer and dependable ride for students.
