Andrew Lyle Casey
October 15, 1986 – February 7, 2017

A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Morris High School Gym in Morris for Andrew Casey, 30, resident of Morris, under the direction of Gary Kelley’s Add’Vantage Funeral Service of Tulsa.
Mr. Casey was born Oct. 15, 1986, in Okmulgee to Russell Casey and Rhonda (Bryant) Casey. He died Tuesday, Feb. 7, in Morris.
Survivors include his father, Russel Casey of Okmulgee; mother, Rhonda Casey of Tulsa; sister and brother-in-law, Holly and Mitchell Embry of Broken Arrow; nephew, Sage Embry; grandparents, Bob Casey of Morris, Lyle and Betty Bryant of Okmulgee, and Marlyn and Ralph Suiter of Okmulgee; uncles, David Casey of Sperry and Steve Bryant of Okmulgee, as well as a host of extended family members.
He was the father of the late, Anna Lynn Casey and Lily Katherine Casey; and the husband of the late Jacqueline Casey of Morris.

Mackey F. Lambert

Mackey F. Lambert, 47, resident of Henryetta, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 8, in Henryetta. Mackey was born Nov. 16, 1969, in Oklahoma City to Rickey Louis Lambert and Charleen Marie Jenkins Lambert. 
Mackey moved to Henryetta at age five with his family, and he grew up in Henryetta and attended Henryetta Public Schools where he participated in the school’s wrestling, baseball, and football programs. Mackey graduated from Henryetta High School with the class of 1988. While in high school, he proudly worked side by side with his father at Rick’s Window Fashions.
Following high school, Mackey attended college for two years at Connors State College. He later went to work with several oilfield service companies including Helmrich & Payne, Cactus Drilling Company, and Chesapeake Energy. Mackey later became self-employed as a Natural Gas Drilling Consultant.

Leona Madeline Dodge

Leona Madeline Dodge, 92, a longtime resident of rural Henryetta, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, in Tulsa. Leona was born Dec. 10, 1924, in Henryetta to Robert Lee Stewart and Anna Mae (Gestes) Stewart. 
Leona married Emmett Dodge on July 5, 1942. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to all of her family. Leona attended the Dewar United Pentecostal Church. She was an accomplished pianist with a love for classical piano. Leona was also an artist and won many ribbons for her paintings.
Leona was preceded in death by her husband Emmett Dodge in 1992; her parents, Robert Lee and Anna Mae Stewart; two sisters, Lucille Stewart and Janice Cox; and step brother, Lloyd Chrysler.

Margaret Ann Hammack

Margaret Ann Hammack, 92, longtime resident of Dewar, passed away Monday, Feb. 13, in Frederick. Margaret was born Dec. 29, 1924, in Dewar to Herbert Walker and Rachel (Guynn) Walker. 
Margaret married Johnny Orville Hammack on Jan. 15, 1943, at Dewar United Pentecostal Church. She received her cosmetology license in 1962 and owned and operated the Beauty Box in Henryetta for 25 years. Margaret was very active in the Dewar United Pentecostal Church for many years. She enjoyed doing ceramics, doll making, and macramé. Margaret also enjoyed water skiing with her family.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Hammack after 55 years of marriage; two sons, Guynn Hammack and Dewayne Hammack; her parents, Herbert and Rachel Walker; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Jimmie Floyd Pulliam

Funeral services for Jimmie Floyd Pulliam, 72, resident of Dewar, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Dewar United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Matthew Martin, Rev. Gregg Joki, and Rev. Rick Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Integrity Funeral Service with family present to great friends.
Mr. Pulliam was born Oct. 28, 1944, Dewar to Cecil and Thelma (Smith) Pulliam. He died Saturday, Feb. 11, in Tulsa.
He married Linda Kay Griffin May 11, 1967 in Oklahoma City.

Marshia Sue Chisholm

Funeral services for Marshia “Sue” Chisholm, 79, resident of Henryetta, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at the Church of Christ in Henryetta with Rev. Jack Vance and Rex Walcher officiating. Interment will follow in Salt Creek Cemetery under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service. 
Mrs. Chisholm was born May 5, 1937, in Henryetta to Barney Hawkins, Sr. and Verna (Earnhart) Hawkins. She died Saturday, Feb. 11, in Okmulgee.
She married Billy Joe Chisholm Feb. 8, 1957, in Henryetta.

Donald J. Sweeney

Funeral services for Donald J. Sweeney, 80, resident of Henryetta were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at First Baptist Church of Henryetta with Rev. Rick Harrison, Rev. Jim Paslay, and Rev. Rod Harris officiating. Interment followed at Westlawn Cemetery with military honors conducted by the U.S. Air Force under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
Visitation was from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at Rogers Funeral Home.
Mr. Sweeney was born Oct. 4, 1936, in Pittsburg, Kansas to Ernest and Margaret (Pistotnik) Sweeney. He died Thursday, Feb. 9, in Tulsa.
He married Lorieta Pippin on Aug. 20, 1954.
Survivors include his wife, Lorieta Sweeney of the home; children, Suzan Jo Hatcher and husband Wayne, Elizabeth Ann Hoyt, and Kathryn Jean Sweeney; grandchildren, Sarah Montgomery, Mary Cummings, David Hoyt, Isaac Hatcher, Andrew Hoyt, and Samuel Hoyt; 13 great grandchildren; and a sister, Margaret Harrison.

Glenn D. Mulliniks

Memorial services will be held with family at a later date for Glenn D. Mulliniks, 70, resident of Dustin.
Mr. Mulliniks was born Jan. 1, 1947, in Okemah to Sidney Glenn Mulliniks and Lelia Mae (Corley) Mulliniks. He died Wednesday, Feb. 8, in Eufaula.
He married Carol Ann VanWinkle in Boone County, Ark. on June 8, 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Carol of the home; mother, Lelia Mulliniks of Wetumka; four daughters, Buffy Mulliniks of Georgia, Lisa Faye Allmon and husband Glenn of Springfield, Mo., Carley Maugness and husband C.W. of Okemah, and Amanda Spivey of Buffalo, Texas; two sons, Johnny Mulliniks and Jimmy Mulliniks both of Georgia; five grandchildren, Justin Mulliniks, Greg Allmon, Christopher Allmon, Josie Mulliniks, and Katie Mulliniks; one great grandchild; a brother, David Mulliniks and wife Rose of Sasakwa; a sister, Vickie Bendfield and husband Mike of Georgia; several nieces and nephews; cousins; other extended family; and many good friends.

Jase Bentley Green

Funeral services for Jase Bentley Green, 1, resident of Weleetka, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at Dewar First Baptist Church with Rev. Michael VanMeter officiating. Interment will follow at Endtime Revival Church Cemetery south of Henryetta under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Integrity Funeral Service.
Jase was born Sunday, March 22, 2015, in Tulsa to Steven Green and Alyssa (VanMeter) Green. He died Friday, Feb. 11, in Henryetta. 
Jase loved life and especially loved to watch Mickey Mouse.
